		<description>&lt;p&gt;They have a link to a fairly extensive report on their site that outlines specific plans of action in each area of cancer treatment, from palliation to research to treatment-proper. You&#039;re right: It is all talk at this point, but with lung cancer obviously floundering behind all other cancers in terms of progress, it&#039;s nice to see an organization take an organized stand to do something about it. Whether it&#039;ll happen or not is another issue entirely.:)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sweden in particular has seen its lung cancer rates drop dramatically with the increasingly popularity of snus, which is smokeless tobacco. I&#039;m not entirely sure if this is less risky to the individual, but it most definitely reduces disease due to secondhand smoke.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If someone wants to cure lung cancer they have to come up with something to smoke that is harmless yet more addictive then tobacco.&lt;/p&gt;
