I work for the company and Carbonite normally gets at least 350kbps on a consumer DSL - usually much more. Carbonite has all the same features you like about Mozy - being able to schedule a backup time, or just let it backup automatically whenever your computer is idle. If you want to check it out, there's a 15-day free-trial (no credit card required) at www.carbonite.com. Try it if you want and see if it's any faster for you.
