My own anecdotal evidence says this is often not the case, though, and occasional or moderate use of cannibis eventually becomes more frequent.</p> <p>Add that to the effects it can have on cognition, and I would be disinclined to label it as 'relatively harmless' - a fairly popular opinion.</p> <p>Why does it say doctor007!?
