My own anecdotal evidence says this is often not the case, though, and occasional or moderate use of cannibis eventually becomes more frequent.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Add that to the effects it can have on cognition, and I would be disinclined to label it as &#039;relatively harmless&#039; - a fairly popular opinion.&lt;/p&gt;
